Article 1 Application of these Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by the hotel shall be governed by this contract, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and customs.
  2. 2. The hotel follows these rules for credit card reservations, but the details follow the terms and conditions between the credit card company and the hotel affiliate.
  3. 3. The hotel may respond to the special contract within the scope that does not go against the purpose of the terms and conditions, laws or customs without being limited by the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 In case of refusal of accommodation

The hotel may refuse accommodation in the following cases:

  1. 1. If the application for accommodation is not in accordance with this contract
  2. 2. If the room is not available due to full occupancy
  3. 3. When it is recognized that the guest who intends to stay is likely to engage in an act that is in violation of the accommodation laws, public order, or public morals
  4. 4. When the guest who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
  5. 5. When requesting unnecessary compensation for accommodation
  6. 6. If it is recognized that you are in possession of pets, dangerous substances, explosives, or weapons
  7. 7. In case accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons
  8. 8. When it is recognized that accommodation cannot be accommodated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, etc.

Article 3 Specifying name, etc.

Article 4 Accommodation registration procedure

On the day of your stay, please register the following items with the hotel at the hotel front desk.

Article 5 Check in Time Check out Time

Article 6 Payment of Fees

  1. 1. Payment must be made in Korean currency and traveler's checks, coupons or credit cards recognized by the hotel at the front desk of the hotel at the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel. have to pay It should be. However, personal checks are not accepted.

Article 7 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Article 8 Responsibility for accommodation

  2. 2. The hotel is not responsible for unexpected accidents because caused by the guest does not comply with the rules of use provided in the hotel.
  3. 3. If the hotel is unable to provide a room to guests after the reservation guarantee, it will arrange accommodation of the same or better quality and compensate 100% of the first night's room rate.

Article 9 Acquisition and return of the room key card

  1. 1. Guests must collect the room key at the front desk upon registration and return the key card to the front cashier with payment upon check-out.
  2. 2. If guests lose their room key during their stay, they must report the loss to the front desk without delay.
  3. 3. When guests check-out with the room key, they must return it to the hotel promptly by mail or other means without delay.
